VB.NET - Deployment - Just Me or Everyone

Hi,

When I try to install a VB.NET windows application using my SETUP
project it takes me to a dialog box that is asking if I want to install
this application for "ME" or for "EVERYONE". The default is set to "Me
Only". How do I change this default to "Everyone"?
